What to Wear
Come as you are. Most folks dress modestly and "Sunday-nice," but the only thing we ask you to bring is an open heart.
A Bible-centered, Spirit-filled congregation standing on the Apostles' doctrine — gathering each week to seek God, lift His name, and carry His light into the world.
We are a Bible-centered, Spirit-filled, Apostolic church — a family of believers gathered around one Name, one faith, and one hope.
For us, the gospel is not a slogan. It is the unchanging good news that Jesus is the One True God made flesh, that His Spirit is still being poured out, and that He still saves people the same way He did on the day of Pentecost. We open our Bibles every week expecting God to speak. We pray expecting Him to answer. And we welcome anyone willing to come and seek Him with us.
Whether you're returning to church after years away, exploring faith for the first time, or simply looking for a community that takes the Word of God seriously, you'll find a seat saved for you here. Come as you are. Bring your questions. Expect to encounter the living God.
Jesus is Lord — the fullness of the Godhead made manifest in flesh.
Acts 2:38 salvation: repentance, baptism, and the Holy Ghost.
A holy people, growing together in love and truth.
Every service is open. Every seat is saved. Whether it's your first Sunday or your fiftieth, you belong at the Lighthouse.
No pressure, no awkward stand-up-and-introduce-yourself moments. Just a warm welcome, real worship, and a sermon you can take home.
Come as you are. Most folks dress modestly and "Sunday-nice," but the only thing we ask you to bring is an open heart.
Services run about 90 minutes — worship, prayer, and a Word from the Bible. Time well spent.
Free parking is available on-site. First-time guests can park in our reserved spaces near the front entrance.
Trained, background-checked workers care for infants and toddlers in our nursery so you can worship freely.
We'd love to have someone meet you at the door, save you a seat, and answer any questions before Sunday.
We are unapologetically Apostolic. The doctrine the early church received from Jesus and preached on the day of Pentecost is the same doctrine we hold today.
We believe in one God — eternal, indivisible, and absolute. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are not three separate persons but the one true God revealing Himself in different ways. The fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily in Jesus Christ.
"Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord." — Deuteronomy 6:4
We believe the New Testament plan of salvation, preached by Peter on the day of Pentecost, is for every generation: repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." — Acts 2:38
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God — the final authority for faith, doctrine, and practice. We don't apologize for what it says; we preach it, teach it, and pattern our lives by it.
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." — 2 Timothy 3:16
We believe the saved life is a separated, sanctified life. Holiness is not legalism — it is the natural fruit of being filled with the Spirit of a holy God. Our affections, our conversation, and our conduct are surrendered to Him.
"Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord." — Hebrews 12:14
We believe Jesus is coming again — personally, visibly, and soon — to gather His Church to Himself. Until that day we live with our lamps trimmed, our hearts ready, and the gospel on our lips.
"The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout… and so shall we ever be with the Lord." — 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17
Pastor Diego Rodriguez has shepherded Apostolic Lighthouse Church since January 19, 2015 — eleven years of preaching the unsearchable riches of Jesus Christ and walking with this congregation through every season life can bring.
His calling carries a unique weight. Earlier in life, Pastor Diego suffered injuries that caused internal bleeding, and he lost his life. He was revived shortly afterward, and from that moment forward he has carried a renewed view of every breath. In those moments between life and death, Pastor Diego experienced a deep, divine connection with God — and he has returned to us to minister and to teach about the glory of God with a fire that has not gone out since.
You'll find him preaching every Sunday morning and evening, teaching the Word on Wednesday nights, on his knees with the church at Friday prayer, and throughout the week meeting with families and reminding the Lighthouse that the same Jesus we read about is still working today.
"God gave me my life back so I could give it away preaching His. I do not waste a single day of it."
